- Answering questions you have about the library
- Assisting in finding peer-reviewed journal articles
- Assisting in locating an article when you only have a citation and you don't know how to find the article
- Helping you set up your Document Delivery/interlibrary loan account
- Assisting in setting up Google Scholar to work with the TTU Libraries
- Guiding you in locating style manuals in print and online
- Providing support in utilizing citation software such as EndNote, EndNote Web, Zotero, and Mendeley
