Theses and Dissertations (ETDs)

Help for both creating and finding electronic theses and dissertations at Texas Tech.

Finding TTU Theses and Dissertations

You may search for Theses and Dissertations in multiple ways:

1. Using the OneSearch tab box on the TTU Libraries homepage. This is the broadest search and will display both electronic and physical copies, TTU titles as well as those created outside of TTU. Refine your search results by the Material Type filter on the left, holding Ctrl + checking the Dissertations and Theses boxes, then selecting APPLY FILTERS.

2. Using the ThinkTech browse electronic titles in the collection that were created at Texas Tech University. This is good if you already know that the title, author, committee member, or department you want to view. Our electronic collection includes titles as far back as the 1930s.

3. Using Google Scholar to search for electronic titles that were created at Texas Tech University. This is good if you have difficulty with either the catalog or browsing the collection.
