Search through the many dissertations and theses written at Texas Tech University. Most have been digitized and can be found at the links below. A physical copy of every non-digital TTU thesis and dissertation is held at the SWC/SCL and are usually found using the search box on the Library's Catalog.

Research that includes topics regarding diversity are interdisciplinary - interweaving with all disciplines, depending on the direction of the research. Literature, biographies, plays, and history texts, and much more can be found in the Libraries' collections.
Most books about diversity are in call number area HF on Stack/Floor 2. Some books may be from different countries and cultures, and in different languages.
Searching tips - when searching for anything regarding diversity, equity or inclusion, you may try different ways of searching
Example, "Anti-racism in the arts" as a "Subject" Search.
Example, "Ageism" AND "healthcare" as key terms.
The e-book collections listed here are interdisciplinary. To search these resources, try different combinations of searches and keywords.
Example, "Hispanic Americans in the performing arts" as a "Subject" Search.
Example, "Hearing impaired" AND "children" as key terms.
