GoPro HERO 4 Black Quick Start Guide

Step 1.  Insert Memory card into Camera

  1. Remove camera from the housing.
  2. Remove side door and insert MicroSD card

Step 2.  Charge Battery

  1. Open door on bottom of camera and insert battery
  2. Charge battery using included USB cable

Step 3.  Record Video

  1. Press the Power/Mode button [HERO 4 power / mode button symbol] repeatedly to cycle through the camera modes.
  2. Press the Shutter/Select button [HERO 4 shutter / select button symbol] to start/stop recording or take a photo.

Step 4.  Copy Videos to a Computer

  1. Connect camera to a computer using USB cable provided.
  2. Press the Power/Mode button [HERO 4 power / mode button symbol] to power on camera.
  3. Use computer to open camera folder and copy file(s) to computer.

 

 

Step 5.  Delete Video

  1. Press the Settings/Tag button [Go Pro settings button icon] to open the settings menu.
  2. Select Delete []
  3. Follow prompts on camera.
