Olympus LS-10 Quick Start Guide

1. Turning Recorder On

  1. Slide the POWER/HOLD switch in the direction indicated by the arrow.

2. Recording

  1. Select a folder to save audio file
  2. Press Record button label button once

The recording indicator light will flash

  1. Adjust the recording level by using the REC LEVEL dial if necessary
  2. Press Record button label button again to begin recording
  3. Press the Stop button label button to stop recording

3. Playback

  1. Select the file that you want to playback
  2. Press the  button to start playback.
  3. Adjust the playback volume by adjusting the VOLUME dial if necessary

 

4. Transferring Files to a Computer

  1. Connect recorder to computer using an USB cable
  2. Open LS-10 folder and folder containing the audio file(s) you want to transfer
  3. Copy the file(s) you want to transfer and save them to the computer
  4. Disconnect the recorder from the computer

5. Erasing an Audio File

  1. Select the file you want to erase
  2. Press the ERASE button
  3. Choose One file
  4. Press the  button
  5. Select Start
  6. Press the  button

 

6. Turning Recorder Off

  1. Slide the POWER/HOLD switch to turn recorder off
