Step 1: Adjust monopod height by extending each section using flip locks.
NOTE: Make sure to close all locks to prevent unwanted camera movement and avoid possible damage to camera.
Step 2: Attach camera by placing over mount screw (at top of monopod) and turning the monopod clockwise until secure.
