NOLEN: At the 2nd Floor on the East Side, and I got a doozy.
I’m standing in front of the Dynamic Media Services desk.
This was the center to checking out special items found on this floor. Video cameras such as DLSRs, camcorders and Go Pros. Audio equipment. Noise canceling headphones and White Noise Machines. DVDs. Anatomy models like bones and organs.
Woo, I’m going to pass out trying to list all of these, and this is just one part of this floor!
And as much as I would like to borrow their copy of Die Hard, I have work to do.
Ambling over to the left-hand side is a Makerspace which offered technologies used to bring almost anything to life! There’s emerging tech such as 3D Printing. You could bring your 3D files to print non-commercial items.
On the crafty side, there is a large selection of textiles used for cross stitching, embroidery, and other styles in arts and crafts.

Ooo, is that a hand-crafted coaster shaped like a pumpkin? Oh, I need that.
I almost forgot to mention that neighboring this Makerspace is one of the Podcast Studios where you can record voice overs. Great if you want to build your podcast or get your voice demo on tape.
And further down, I found a VR lab. Geez, the further I walk, the more futuristic it gets. I thought for a second that the wall was playing a stream of everything outside, but it just happened to be a window.
Yeah, I will just omit that from the record later.
