Camp Information

Welcome!

Details:

  • Registration limited to 24 participants
  • Please bring your own lunch
  • $160 registration fee includes snacks (money taken at door)
  • NO PREVIOUS STEAM EXPERIENCE NEEDED
  • We welcome all participants
  • Camp runs from 9-3

  • Dates: July 14-18, 2025

  • Times:  8:30-3:30 PM  (8:30 AM check-in, camp 9 AM-3 PM, camp check-out from 3-3:30pm)

  • Location:  Texas Tech University Library classroom 

  • Ages: 12-15

  • Food/Water: Students should bring their own lunch;  Snacks/water will be provided by TTU Library.

Jenni Jacobs is a STEM Librarian and is excited to be heading this camp!

Hi! I'm Josh, the librarian for History, Philosophy, and Museum Heritage Sciences. I love purple, true crime podcasts, and reading with my lil pup inky! 

Shelby Hebert

I'm the Research Services Librarian, and I enjoy a range of crafts including soap making, fiber arts, and more!

Tom Rohrig

   I am a Personal Librarian who works with Political Science/Public Administration ROTC, government information, and patents and trademarks.   I'm excited to talk with students about the importance of intellectual property (IP) and the value of patents.   Many young people have created patents.
