Museum Science & Heritage Management

Welcome

Use the tabs along the side of this guide to explore different resources, such as recommended journals and databases, books, image collections, or websites.

Need more help? Contact me to make an appointment for a research consultation. We can meet at the Museum instead of the Library if that is more convenient.

Library Services

Check out these library services! Success Awaits at the Library

  1. Students may create a Library proxy account with Museum Research Library staff. Once an authorization form is completed, Museum staff are able to transfer items checked out from the University Library to the Museum Library for pickup.
  2. The Document Delivery (interlibrary loan) service pulls books from the stacks and provides materials the Libraries do not own at no charge. Request items via ILLiad. When creating the ILLiad account, students should select "Museum" as their department in order to pick up books at the Museum.
  3. The Libraries’ online resources are available from off-campus to all TTU faculty, staff, and students.
  4. Amazing technology is available including a 3D Animation Lab, hundreds of computers, printing, book/document scanners, and WiFi throughout the Library.
  5. The Digital Media Studio (DMS) loans loans DVDs, audiobooks, SLR cameras, HD camcorders, projectors, and lighting kits. The DMS is on the second floor (east side) of the Library.
