Printing at the University Library: Home

1. Upload Documents

1. Save your document to any computer.
2. Go to wepanow.com and click "Login" in the upper right.
3. Select "Texas Tech University" and log in with your eRaider user name and password.
4. Select "Document Upload" from the upper menu.
5. Follow on-screen instructions to upload your document.

NOTE: After finishing step five, make note of the WEPA code for easier printing at the kiosks.

2. Pay for Printing

Do you have a credit/debit card?

• If yes: Add WEPA Cash.
  • Log in to wepanow.com using your eRaider login.
  • Click "Deposit Funds" in the upper menu.
  • Follow on-screen instructions to select a deposit amount ($5.00 minimum) and payment method.
• If no: Unfortunately, the only option to for pay for printing is with WEPA cash.

3. Print at WEPA Kiosk

1. Insert Tech ID or use WEPA code or log in with eRaider login - Must log in to print from USB or the cloud.
2. Select form of payment.
3. Print.

NOTE: You can only print in color from color printers. Color printers have colored signs on them. Black/White printers say, "Black & White Prints Only."

Where are the Library WEPA Kiosks?

Ground Floor

There are 2 kiosks next to the East Service Desk. One prints in color and black & white, and the other prints only in black & white. There are 5 other kiosks located in the public computing area. There is 1 color printer near the center of the floor at the end of Row 2. The other 4 kiosks print only in black & white. 

Mezzanine Floor

There is 1 kiosk in the center of the mezzanine floor that prints in black & white. 

Dynamic Media Services (2nd floor, east side)

There is 1 kiosk near the iMac computers that prints in color and black & white. 

Basement Floor (east side)

There is 1 kiosk near the elevators that prints color and black & white.

Where are the other WEPA Kiosks?

There is a color print kiosk in the ATLC Main in the West Basement of the University Library. Visit Campus IT's printer map and WEPA information page for a complete list of printing locations.

Wireless Everywhere Print Anywhere, pronounced "wee-pah," is the cloud printing system available at touch-screen printing kiosks across campus. Upload documents to the WEPA print cloud from your device or access files from cloud storage providers such as Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Office 365, and OneDrive. You can also print at any WEPA station with your USB.

If the printer is not printing because it is out of paper, paper is jammed, etc., visit a service desk or call (806) 742-2265.
