I keep regular (8-5 M-F) office hours. Students, faculty, staff, or community users are welcome to visit my office at any time.
I do recommend attempting to schedule any face-to-face meeting in advance, in order to prevent conflicts (e.g. with another person's face-to-face meeting). Please also feel free to call or e-mail me whenever you might need some assistance. You may also find the following resources helpful.
