Faculty in and teaching for the TTU-Costa Rica campus can access information related to library access, Blackboard basics, Raider Success Hub, Classroom Technology, Textbook adoption, and more.

Document Delivery

Using the library's document delivery service, you can request print materials from the main campus in Lubbock or they will get it from another library in the States and send it here at no cost to you.

Follow the same process if you would like an article or book chapter that is not available in full-text using the general search functions. Library staff in Lubbock will attain and share a pdf copy.

Use the "Request It" function when searching the library collections in One Search or manually submit a request after signing into your document delivery account here:

What is the Document Delivery Process?

  • Request anything you find via OneSearchWorldCat, or Google Scholar and that you cannot access through TTU-Costa Rica.
  • The process takes about 2 weeks or 10 business days for materials provided in print. Expect 1-3 business days for electronic materials.
  • The request goes to TTU-Lubbock libraries first.
  • If they do not have it, they will request your item(s) from another library.
  • The item is shipped to Costa Rica (or sent via email as a pdf where a digital copy is appropriate).
  • When your item is ready, you will receive an email at the address in your account.
  • Physical items can be picked up from the library manager in Costa Rica or at campus reception.
  • Electronic items can be found in your Document Delivery account under "Electronically Received."
