The Raider Success Hub team at TTU-Lubbock hosts training each semester and maintains short guides for quick reference regarding many common tasks.
1. Live training through Cornerstone
- Register for live training sessions through Cornerstone using your TTU network credentials.
- Once in the system, click on Library, then Raider Success Hub from the left hand "Subject" menu.
2. RR360Trails
- Descriptive modules with screenshots designed for self-paced trainin or quick reference to instructions regarding a task, setting, or feature.
- Access the Trails site from the Raider Success Hub Information Page - Training & Support tab
3. Instructor Quick Guides
- Downloadable PDFs of common, basic tasks in RSH for quick, easy reference
4. Student Resources
- Help your students to navigate RSH by pointing them to thier own guides - help them schedule office hours, advisor meetings, and more.
- Access student quick guides, how-to videos, and their log-in page from the maing Raider Success Hub Information Page - Training & Support tab
